Cancellation Policy (common to all lessons)
1. Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the course, for any reason, will be charged 100% of the course fee.
2. In case of cancellation up to 3 days prior to the lesson, we will accept the cancellation by e-mail. Refunds will be made by bank transfer to the bank account specified by you, minus bank transfer charges. we will refund the payment amount minus 10% of the PayPal fee.
3. If you are unable to attend the course after the transfer has been made, you may transfer to the next course free of charge.
4. In the case of online workshops, a link to the Zoom recording will be sent to those who are absent (with a viewing period).
5. If you wish to change the date of participation to just one day, you can watch the video recording. Or, you will can transfer to the next course.
6. There are no refunds for course cancellations or transfers to other courses after the course has started.
About Lesson Registration
As a general rule, please register for lessons using the registration form on each web page. Your registration will be completed upon payment of the course fee.
We do not accept applications by SNS message or e-mail.
If you have any questions before registering, feel free to ask us via the contact form or SNS message.
Cancellation Policy for Courses with Textbooks
In the case of cancellation of Mandala Basic Master course with textbooks already sent, the student will be responsible for the mailing cost of returning the textbooks.
The order of drawing is written in the textbooks of the Ocean Course and the Ocean Course Instructor Course, and therefore, it is not possible to cancel a course after the textbooks have been sent. Please understand this beforehand. If you are unable to attend a class, please make up the class.
Terms and Conditions for Each Course
◾️Mandala Work Expression Training Course
Please take the courses in order starting from the first day. In the unlikely event that a student misses the second or third day of a class, the subsequent lessons will automatically be rescheduled for the next class. Private lessons are available for those whose schedule is not convenient.
◾️Mandala Art Practice Training Course
You may participate in the first day of the course, but you do not have to participate in each class in turn.
However, you will be required to take the mandala coloring (days 4 and 5 online) in order.
◾️Ocean Course and the Ocean Course Instructor Course
The order of drawing is written in the textbooks of the Ocean Course and the Ocean Course Instructor Course, and therefore, it is not possible to cancel a course after the textbooks have been sent. Please understand this beforehand. If you are unable to attend a class, please make up the class.
The content of the first day must be attended on the first day.
